Great value for money, amazing attention to details and very helpful, welcoming staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities and the bed is huge, comfortable and in great condition. The wide selection of continental breakfast options was a nice touch.

There were stores and a market not far from the hotel. Besides, lake lak is 5 minutes' drive away. They serve good food. Our room had coffee/tea makers, a fridge and glassware. The property created a QUIET environment.

Disappointing aspect was flooded bathroom.

We loved the location of the hotel, close to the market and a short walk to the main road. The breakfast offered a large selection of food, both Asian and Western, and was really delicious. The undercover parking was great and made us feel secure, and the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was not a total disaster. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. They offered a small breakfast and a nice swimming pool. The location was good, it was easy to get around to other places.

The room was not up to par. It was dirty and smelled of mildew.

The hotel has a great location and is near to the local market and a cinema. the staff is very friendly and professional, and the building is well-aired. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great water pressure in the bathroom. the hotel's pool area looks really nice, and they offer afternoon tea and decorations for special events.
